A steady start in terms of numbers by comparison to some of the large online retailers but a successful one nevertheless when taking into consideration customer satisfaction levels which have been impressive.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all those concerned in what has been a great start in our first quarter of trading, despite the current economic situation. A special thank you to Sujit Kumar, our Quality Manager based out in India who has been instrumental in the setting up of our new premises and the implementation of our new operating procedures in order to maintain quality throughout the entire shoe making process.
